Welcome to My Site for  Betty's Box, a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for conditioning, fitness, nutrition, positivity, and dogs.

Betty's Box BC is a group of mostly mature, bada$$ women in our 40s, 50s, and 60s (with some 30's and 80s mixed in!) with a penchant for Olympic lifts, rope climbs, pull-ups, box jumps, burpees, cardio, sled pushes, wall walks and wall balls, and other movements that build strength and mobility long into your later years! Lift more, age less!

This little gym sprouted from the seed of generosity and grew from gratitude. When a small community of gym friends suddenly found themselves without a place to work out, they assembled a stockpile of home equipment  into the third floor of a downtown Battle Creek building and set up a temporary spot that blossomed into something incredible.

In the spirit from which it emerged, it continues a tradition of sharing what we have for the health and joy of kind and positive people.
